Wildlife in America

Bald Eagle, National Bird
The American bald eagle is both the National Bird and National Animal of the United States of America. It was adopted as the National Bird of the United States of America in 1782. It also appears on most official seals of the U.S. government, including the presidential seal and the presidential flag.
Bald eagles ((Haliaeetus Leucocephalus) are not actually bald, the name derives from an older meaning of the word, "white headed".

  11. Wildlife have always fascinated me, I love how you captured the essence of each animal; the likable awkwardness of the moose, the inquisitiveness of the bear ect.

  13. These photos are simply incredible! It looks like you got up and close with some of these animals, which also seems a little dangerous?! I love the photo of the animals crossing the river.
