A 32-mile stretch of paved county highway going south after exiting I-94, from Gladstone to Regent, is lined with giant Metal Sculptures created by Gary Greff a metal sculptor and retired school teacher.
Gary started the work in 1990 and as of this writing there are 7 such sculptures every few miles along this 32 mile stretch. All the sculptures face north, toward the oncoming traffic from the I-94. You can't miss these once you are on the Regent-Gladstone road.
If you are in the area which means you are visiting Theodore Roosevelt National Park or maybe just driving across, this is well worth the visit as not only the sculptures but the views of the farmlands are gorgeous as well.
You can stop at all of these and enjoy the work at leisure as they all got some parking spaces and small play/picnic area as well.
Here's a Google Map marked with all of these structures:

At the Regent side you will find a gas station and a gift shop.

To help you they also have signs at each stop, telling you how far is the next one, in each direction.
